Orders received between Mondays to Friday before 2pm will be processed that day for next day shipment. Orders will be processed within 48 hours, unless your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.  If for any reason Tealicious House is unable to fill your requested order you will be notified within 2 business days via email to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries, with the option of either Prepaid Parcel Post satchel or Express Post Satchel - customers nominate their choice at time of placing their order. Next business day delivery is guaranteed to all street addresses and post office boxes within the Express Post Next Business Day Network, if posted on a business day Monday to Friday in accordance with conditions set out on Express Post items. Alternatively, the cheaper Prepaid Parcel Post service provided by Australila Post is a convenient, no-fuss way to send parcels anywhere in Australia.  Once your order has been dispatched you will receive notification from Tealicious House. If you have selected the Express Post option, we will provide you with a tracking number you can check on www.eparcel.com.au . Parcels will be delivered Mondays to Friday between 9am – 5pm.
The cost for a shipping is as follows:

Express Post satchels: Small (parcel up to 340g) is $9.85; Large (parcel 341g to 3kg) $13.95
Weight will be calculated at check out and your shipping cost options will be displayed for you to make your choice. Tealicous House takes no responsibility for the loss of goods once item is scanned as received by Australia Post.

We use Australia Post for International Orders. Delivery is made within 3 to 10 working days; however we cannot assume responsibilities for delays. Tealicious House will not be held responsible for any duties, tariffs or additional charges once the items have left Australia. Unfortunately we are unable to track the items.

If you are placing an international order, we will contact you via email on placement of your order to advise of the additional cost of international shipping.
