You have the choice between a refund, an exchange, or a credit coupon.
We require that you return the goods to us, new and unused, in their original packaging. PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or sign of usage.
The return postal cost will be at your charge. Refund of postal cost for exceptional circumstances remain at our discretion.
We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of the Cancellation Authorisation and we will make refunds to you in accordance with these terms within 30 days of the date of the Cancellation Authorisation.
Once you have a Cancellation Authorisation, please return items to us: Tealicious House, 2/237 Naturaliste Tce, Dunsborough, WA 6281, Australia.
Please ensure you use adequate packaging to prevent any damage or breakage especially when returning products that are fragile like glass. We also strongly recommend using an insured and traceable method such as Australia Post Registered Delivery as we accept no responsibility for loss or damage while in transit.
For refunds, all accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card or Paypal account. The credit will cover the price of the item(s) and will exclude delivery cost.
For credit coupons, all accurately returned products will be credited by the mean of an electronic coupon code, sent by e-mail, of the value of the price of the item(s) and will exclude delivery cost.
For exchanges, all accurately returned products will be replaced by the items of your choice of a similar value. If of a lower value, we will complement with a credit coupon. If of higher value, we will issue an invoice for the difference.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us which have been validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
