Also known as "vintage tea" it has an intensely rich and full bodied palate that typically improves with aging.  It has been post fermented (stored for years after the tea leaves are made) Pu-erh can be an acquired taste, though one worth acquiring, it is said to promote weight-loss and aid digestion.  A real tea connoisseurs tea.
